REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION FEE: Within the first 30 days: 100% money-back refund.

WARRANTY: The client agrees that they will maintain an open dialog with AMS and its affiliates during the cancellation process. If the client does not get a permanent offer to cancel their Mortgage, Vacation Membership, Deed, or Contract within the term of this agreement, the client will be refunded, less any fees paid by AMS on the client's behalf. In addition, AMS. or its affiliates do not guarantee the recoupment of any funds already paid out by the client to their Mortgage, Vacation Membership, Deed, or Contract.

REFUND POLICY: Should AMS or its affiliates fail to deliver the service agreed upon as designated in this agreement, the client will be entitled to a refund, less any fees paid on the client's behalf. If the client at any time during the term of this agreement files bankruptcy, the client will not be entitled to a refund of their fees.
